Sandman Hotel Oakville

The hotel often accommodates late checkouts for returning guests, making it convenient during extended stays.

Location: the hotel was short walk to other restaurants and movie theatre and shops and close to restaurants and Toronto. My standard queen room had a microwave, air conditioning and an individual safe. All the staffs were welcoming and exceptional.

It was really fairly clean and wonderful hotel, would definitely recommend. My 2 nights in Oakville were comfortable.

The hotel had a nice ambiance and the attached Denny's was a convenient bonus for breakfast. My room was clean, spacious, and the heating unfortunately didn't function properly. I froze the entire night because the heating unit was only in the living area. In the bedroom, it was like I was in a fridge. I mentioned this at checkout, and the front desk acknowledged the issue with some rooms. While housekeeping was polite, I found dirty glasses left in the hall during check-in that were still there when I got to my room. The noise from the highway was noticeable, hard to sleep. The pool area, although I didn't get to use it, looked fantastic. I also loved the jacuzzi suite. It would be perfect for unwinding after a long day. Unfortunately, my experience was spoiled by the cold room and road noise, which both need addressing.

Modern and extremely convenient place all in all, has AMICABLE staff with such s simple request. The breakfast with amazing meals of after work drink, options from Dennys, typically north american unhealthy is hearty for what is offered.

Views are unpleasant.

The restaurant was good for dinner.

I was shocked at the lack of communication regarding the damage deposit. I was charged more than expected without a prior explanation. The room was outdated with peeling wallpaper and a dirty stain on the floor. It seemed like a downgrade in quality for the price I paid, completely ruining my experience.

Good location on the way to the Niagara Falls. Very friendly staff. Breakfast next door at Denny's. Rooms facing Lake Ontario still sufficiently quiet (ventilation system under the window, but too loud). But for one night it worked, thanks to jet lag.

The room with a kitchenette was great! I enjoyed the amenities like the indoor swimming pool, and the friendly interactions with the staff.

We got a room with a bathtub. Polite and exceptional staff, offered us wake up calls and ironing.

We enjoyed the comforts of this hip new hotel.
